Pyramid8 are delighted to be working with our new client based in Manchester. Our client specialises in the Financial Services Sector and are a market leader in their field.

Due to a heavy workload our client is now looking to recruit a full-time permanent customer Services Assistant to work Monday to Friday, with the potential for Hybrid working dependent on candidates’ location.

Role Purpose

Responding to all cross channels written correspondence that comes into the business.

Scope of Role

The role carries the responsibility of maintaining several inboxes and databases to ensure all written correspondence is responded to in a timely manner within service level agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming correspondence across various channels
  • Working in a fast passed environment with expectation of hitting set KPI’s.
  • Assisting with complaints and disputes
  • Liaising with clients
  • Arranging payment plans over the telephone with customers.

Key Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Problem solving and identifying solutions to issues.
  • Approachable team player with good communication skills.
  • Flexible
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel

The Person

  • Able to prioritise tasks, work on own initiative and manage a busy workload. Will be well organized, able to demonstrate a professional and diplomatic approach and understand the importance of confidentiality.
