Hays is delighted to be partnered with a Automotive company in Telford that is looking to appoint a Customer Service Adviser in a 12 month fixed term contract, paying up to £17,500 per annum pro rata
Your new role
Your new role will be to be the first point of contact to the customer service adviser team and handle any complex customer enquiries which could not be resolved by the customer service adviser at first instance. You will also be assisting in the coaching and training of the customer service adviser team and providing guidance in their daily tasks. You will be supporting the customer service team leader to ensure that the team's objectives are being met.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous customer service experience (minimum 2 years). You need to be confident in Microsoft packages and be adaptable to new systems. This role is for an intimidate start.
