The purpose of the role is to support a busy inbound team ensuring that all customer calls are answered efficiently and professionally.
Daily duties will include:
- Taking volume inbound customer calls
- Dealing with and investigating all customer enquiries
- Liaising with internal departments in order to track parcels
- Re-scheduling deliveries within the internal system
The successful applicant will be required to work a changing shift pattern between the hours of 8am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday, which may include some weekend work, totalling 37.5 hours per week.
Suitable candidates will have previous call centre or customer service experience from within an office based environment and must be available for an immediate start.
