We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a business travel agency based in the heart of Manchester. The role requires a candidate fluent in German, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Mandarin, Finnish or Cantonese. You will be providing high levels of customer service and assisting clients with their online travel bookings ensuring any issues are dealt with quickly and effectively mostly via email.
We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service & communication skills and ideally worked in the hospitality sector, either on reception, reservations or dealt with bookings. You must be able to pick up systems quickly and use multiple systems simultaneously.
