Customer Service Representative - Payout
Starting Salary £20,267
Permanent, full time role, working 41.25 hours per week, including some Saturdays.

What you’ll do:
Have the ability to have open and honest conversations with customers about their finances.
Confidently assess customer’s affordability and determine fraud.
Have sole responsibility to make the right decisions when paying out the loan. We expect you to treat the money as if it was your own.
Be able to manage your own work load and increasing case volumes.
Accurately set up loan applications.
Efficiently contact customers.
Have the confidence to ask the right questions in order to successfully determine the affordability of the loan.
