We are looking for someone to join our Long Term Care team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as point of contact for customers with queries about products, Process warranty claims, raise credits, Process orders along with providing support for our Sales Representatives.

Additional Salary Info: BUPA Cashplan, Pension, Life Assurance x4 salary

Essential Requirements:

  • Conscientious with an excellent telephone manner and strong attention to detail skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and under deadlines
  • Proactive customer management
  • Able to spot preventative and corrective actions
  • Product knowledge though not essential
  • Literacy and numeracy

Desirable Requirements:

  • Use of Sage an advantage.
