Red Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join an industry leading client in the centre of Bristol. This position will require you to be responsible for the performance management of your team. You will identify trends and development areas and be able to drive performance through mentoring and coaching. The salary for this position is up to £38,000 per annum.

Salary and Benefits of a Team Leader:

  • Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday
  • ContractType: Permanent
  • Location: Bristol City Centre

Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader:

  • Leading the performance of your team through engaging coaching sessions and monthly 1:1 reviews
  • Taking ownership of situations or issues affecting both clients and colleagues
  • Working with your team to drive their personal development
  • Embracing quality framework to identify knowledge, compliance, skill, efficiency or behavioural gaps

Key Skills and Experience of a Team Leader:

  • Previous experience working within a Customer Service leadership role is required
  • Ability to work well under pressure delivering against multiple objectives and targets set
  • Computer literacy skills are essential
  • Ability to build and maintain own workload
