Customer Service / Sales - Movement Agent

If you love the buzz of selling but not a fan of the salesperson label… then this role will be perfect for you. As a Movement Agent you will be responsible for promoting all of our customer movements to our national network of drivers and suppliers. This is a fun, deal making role which will suit a target driven problem solver.

About Engineius

Engineius’ goal is simple: to make vehicle movement easy. We are on our way to creating the leading end to end movement solution in the UK for our customers (such as Hertz and The AA), delivered by our network of 500+ drivers and transport agents across the UK.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Movement Agent to join our Service delivery team in Birmingham. You will be part of a growing and ambitious team with responsibility for making sure that both our drivers and customers are happy.

Customer Service / Sales - Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the distribution of customer orders across our network, within budget and on time.
  • Maintain and build relationships across our driver and supplier base to ensure we maximise efficiency and network capacity.
  • To work closely with our Customer Service team to provide our customers with awesome customer service and reliability.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and to track your own performance as part of the wider team’s success.

If that sounds like you, we are flexible on prior experience, but it would be beneficial to be able to demonstrate a proven record of:

  • Having a sales skillset and the ability to upsell.
  • Being able to multi-task and prioritise, we love a problem solver!
  • Strong negotiation and the ability to agree the right terms.
  • Working delivering results against targets, this can be in the automotive sector or an equivalent industry.
