Job Summary:

Reporting to the Senior After Sales Assistant, the postholder will be responsible for all administrative processes to support an efficient After Sales Service to our customers, consumers and to our Sales team.

Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Liaising with all customers, consumers and our Sales team via phone and email, providing an efficient and professional After Sales service.
  2. Assisting the Senior After Sales Assistant with manual handling, e.g. taking deliveries at the office, loading boxes for the warehouse, and loading equipment for trade shows.
  3. Providing exceptional service to each customer by focusing on meeting their needs through courteous attention to detail and timely follow-up on all requests and issues.
  4. Actioning calls and emails for stock returns due to order errors or picking errors, liaising with customers, Sales, and the warehouse team as needed.
  5. Processing returned goods onto the SAP system.
  6. Liaising with Service Centres regarding spares and repairs.
  7. Supporting with the upkeep and maintenance of the UK showroom.
  8. Supporting with planning and logistics of shows/events.
  9. Updating SAP local master data for After Sales Services (SKU, location, etc.)
  10. Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks to support the After Sales team.

Role Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of similar Customer Service experience is essential, with experience in a similar environment being beneficial.
  2. Knowledge of the fishing tackle industry and products is desirable.
  3. A good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.
  4. Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous although training would be provided.
  5. Experience of carrying out repairs on fishing tackle equipment is desirable, although training will be given.
