Are you looking for a Customer Service role in a fast-paced and professional organisation within Leeds City Centre?

This is a high-volume and pro-active telephone-based Customer Service position within a busy Legal environment. You will be making outbound calls to existing customers to confirm details, give updates and follow up on documentation. You will also handle inbound enquiries and queries. Your key duties will include the following:

  • Liaising with customers throughout the process
  • Liaising with internal teams and legal departments
  • Inputting data to a bespoke database
  • Interacting with third parties and financial institutions to obtain key information
  • Providing a consistently high level of service within a high-volume call environment

This vacancy would suit someone with Customer Service experience, ideally gained from a telephone focussed environment. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills as well as the following:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service experience
  • Experience within a fast-paced and high-volume Customer Service environment
  • Team player with a positive outlook
  • Ability to accurately input data
