Previous experience within Client management, Customer Service,Transport or Distribution is preferred.

Training/induction

Starting with support and training you will spend time to understand the operation and shadow key members of the team.

Initial duties will involve:

  • As part of a dynamic team you will be responsible for chasing other depots for later runners
  • Communicating internally and externally to update on client accounts
  • Provide KPI reporting and managing proof of Delivery
  • Monitoring the operations performance through transport management software ana analysing information
  • Paperwork handling
  • Dealing wth queries via email and over the telephone
  • Any other relevant duties

SALARY: £25,000 - £28,000

HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm

HOLIDAY: 25 days per annum, after 3 years entitlement increases by 3 days

BENEFITS:

  • Pension: After 12 months you can join the Company contributory pension scheme (Employee contributes 6% and Company contributes 6%)
