Here at Axiom, we are currently recruiting for an Customer Service Insurance Technician for one of our ever-expanding Insurance clients based in the heart of Romford. The role offers training, progression, funding to do CII exams (if you would like to) and additional cash incentives. You would be working Monday to Friday. 3 shifts 9am-6pm and 2 shifts 10am-7pm. The role is Permanent and salary is dependent on experience. Anything up to £25,000 for the successful individual.
- Taking inbound calls from existing customers; providing excellent customer service - answering queries, resolving problems, making adjustments, managing complaints, providing knowledge about the customer’s policy.
- Working as part of a friendly, motivated, down to earth team of approximately 10 staff. Within at office of around 60 staff.
- Updating details on the company’s inhouse system and inputting new information
- Sending out email and written confirmations of any updates regarding customer’s policies
- Liaising closely with the sales team
- Liaising closely with the renewals team and assisting them when there is an overflow of calls
The successful candidate;
- Experience within the Insurance industry
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, down to earth and hardworking
- Team player
- Computer literate
- Proactive and looking for a long-term opportunity
