A global tech giant have an exciting newly created role for a Customer Services Executive to join their team. Offering an immediate start, excellent benefits and bonus package this is a role not to be missed. This international business are market leaders and require an ambitious customer services professional to be responsible for:

  • Point of contact for service and troubleshooting enquiries
  • Understanding customer expectations and liaising with business teams to share feedback
  • Keep customer updated
  • Raise quotes, approve expenses and follow up customer contracts
  • Monitor customer grade of satisfaction and feedback

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced customer services role
  • Ability to work from Daventry offices
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A keen desire to progress and develop your career
