Customer Service Coordinator
£20,000 to £24,000 DOE
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator has arisen within a prestigious manufacturing organisation who is a market leader in their field.
The organisation provides the highest quality of products for their customers and they are therefore looking for a high calibre of individual to mirror their business.
The role will require you to answer all incoming enquiries, offer quotations and process orders in an accurate and timely fashion. In addition you will be a pivotal point of contact for both customers and internal staff, therefore you will be required to have excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills.
To be considered for the role you must have experience of CRM systems, strong administrative skills, customer service and have prior experience working in a similar role
