Customer Service Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a well established team in Egham. The role of Customer Service Coordinator offers excellent benefits including 25 days holiday and bank holidays, a great company pension scheme and an annual bonus opportunities.

The role will involve;

  • being first point of contact dealing with customers over the phone and via email
  • liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • checking stock availability on SAGE and ordering new stock
  • raising purchase orders on SAGE
  • being responsible for processing orders from point of order right through to customer after support
  • resolving any order or delivery issues that may arise
  • sending samples to customers
  • being able to provide basic technical advice
  • helping out with any general office administration
  • offering support to the internal team where required
  • organising customer trips and events as required

The right applicant will;

  • be experienced in customer service
  • will have previous order processing experience (not essential)
  • have excellent attention to detail
  • have the ability to pick up information quickly
  • have knowledge of Sage (not essential)

This is a full time permanent role, hours are Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 and full training will be provided.
