* All activities will contribute to achieving departmental business objectives including: The processing and validation of new finance cases
* Providing comprehensive support to internal and external customers
* Responsibility for handing queries and amendments to existing customer finance cases
* Working in a professional contact centre environment with approximately 80 inbound calls per day
The successful candidate will have experience of a high call volume environment
The ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
With excellent attention to detail, you will be driven to ensure the completion of both personal and departmental objectives
