A Customer Service Coordinator is required by a scientific company to join their expanding team. As Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:-
Customer liaison and relationship building
Accurate data entry
Participating in sales account team activities
Supporting Sales Account Manager in following up on receivable invoices
Handling customer complaints
As the ideal Customer Service Coordinator, you will be fluent in English and in another, possibly two other languages, French, Italian or Spanish would be preferable. You will require strong IT skills and the ability to work within a multi-cultural environment.
