Busy Part-Time Maternity cover role has just arisen within an established business in Exeter, Candidate must have strong Customer Service skills coupled with exceptional administration skills. 22.5 hours a week ideally 10-2.30, 5 days a week but can be flexible if needed.

Downloading of EDI sales for our main client on a daily basis, identifying and preparing orders/replenishment.

To liaise with Partners and Managers by phone to resolve any customer queries that may arise and to build trusting business relationships.

To Contact stores by telephone at least once a week to discuss aspects of concessions.

Responsible of the replenishment and delivery of stock on a weekly basis for all concessions and online, ensuring that stock levels targets are achieved.

Oversee the stock management and merchandising of our clients stores to ensure that the stock is as per the stock pattern.

Arranging stock collections from stores/online warehouse as required.

Reviewing stock loss in stores and warehouses, ensuring that costs are re-cooped.

Liaising with the warehouse and the studio to ensure 100% service to customers.

To work with the MD to ensure that together the correct range is selected for the stores and online.

In conjunction with the Customer Service Manager to oversee, resolve and report on any major issues or complaints that arise from concessions stores.

To ensure a concessions promotional plan is agreed in conjunction with the MD and Group Marketing Manager, and delivered throughout the season,

In conjunction with the MD ensure that poorer performing lines and DSL’s are reduced and cleared in the Winter and Summer sale periods, and to always ensure this is communicated to all branches and concession partners.

To work closely with the Stock and Procurement Department in order to give support on forecasting JLP/Concessions sales and particularly with the inclusion of online returns.

Process customer daily invoices/credits as required

To assist in stocktakes as required.

Arranging stock collections from stores/online/events warehouse as required.

Layouts and plan arrangements to concessions

To attend Exhibitions and conferences as and when required.

To attend Corporate hospitality as and when required.

To attend Exhibitions and conferences as and when required.
