My client is looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator who has the ability to liaise with different customers.


Salary: Up to £23,000

Hours: (Call for operational hours)

Key duties:

  • Handling calls from customers
  • Placing orders whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Dealing with deliveries
  • Dealing with complaints whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Liaising with other members of the team to ensure any issues are dealt with sufficiently

  • Telephone skills
  • Good communication skills
  • IT skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Computer literate
