Customer Service Co-ordinator
Build and manage customer relations, managing day to day orders and enquiries, provide outstanding customer service satisfaction and relationship.
Assist in Product purchasing and order fulfilment, such as taking orders, pricing orders, and seeing all the way through to goods arriving on site, by monitoring product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to our customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints/enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
