The Role & Criteria
Due to the large growth they are looking for a passionate Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their Supply Chain team. You will be a key member of the team acting as the face of the company for our wide national network of customers and partners.
- Responsible for all aspects of our UK order capture and distribution planning.
- Control the end to end process of customer order placement through to delivery and be the point of contact for any queries.
- Work proactively to manage supply chain issues, trending failures and implementing solutions
- Develop and work closely with hauliers and freight forwarders to constantly drive down cost and improve control
- You will need to be a driven and self-motivated individual who is looking to develop and grow with the company
- Educated to degree level
- Fast learner and thinker, that can work well under time constraints and be able to priortise workload
- Comfortable working alongside senior management including the CEO
