My client are a well established freight forwarder they are looking for an outgoing Customer Service Clerk to join their busy team! You must be confident and enjoy being on the phone!

Supporting the operations and sales team you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to the companies customer base, other duties will include:

  • Updating customers
  • Building customer relationships
  • Liaising with airlines and shipping lines maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Updating and maintaining track and trace system
  • Responsible for ensuring all documentation is on file including invoices, POD's and shipping documentation
  • Maintaining and managing social media platforms
  • Creating and sending mailshots
  • Attending customer meetings with account managers

Experience needed:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident on the phone
  • Attention to detail
  • Social media savvy including Linkedin platforms

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm
