Customer Service Assistant

We're recruiting for a process driven and outgoing Customer Service Assistant, a part of a global packaging and design business, based near Daventry.

The Role

The purpose of the Customer Service Assistant will be to provide day-to-day support to the customer relations team, also working closely with the sales team and communicating with customers

Who are they looking for?

The Customer Service Assistant will be a confident communicator, able to work well under pressure and approach tasks methodically and logically

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Raising new and repeat orders
  • Updating customers on order progress and any changes made
  • Customer reports
  • Obtaining / organising samples and send to customers
  • Entering information onto company system
  • Contribute to team meetings
