Customer Service Assistant is required to join a busy department for a leading business with a reputation for providing high quality products, based in Deeside.
Role and Responsibilities:
Working in attractive offices, the role is customer services and involves dealing with customer queries in relation to current accounts. Using your excellent customer service skills, you will play a key role within the contact centre.
The ideal candidates should have a CV that demonstrates the following attributes:
* A friendly & professional telephone manner with great interpersonal / communication skills.
* A good all round knowledge of customer service including objection handling skills.
* Enthusiastic, positive and flexible approach to work.
* A target driven and ambitious attitude.
* Prior experience within a call centre environment would be desirable.
* Good MS Office knowledge.
