Customer Service Assistant - German OR Dutch Speaking

An International insurance company is looking for a Dutch OR German speaking Client Services Operator. You will be the first point of contact between clients and other members of the team, ensuring that every client’s enquiries are dealt efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality customer service and give customers a positive experience
  • Follow up on quotations and make sure all files and internal systems are up to date
  • Monitoring all communication from clients
  • Translate documents from English into Dutch or German
  • Make sure all files and internal systems are up to date
  • Assist in developing promotional material and ideas
  • Other duties required

Profile

  • Fluent in German OR Dutch and English (oral and written)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Confident using the phone and communicating with clients
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines when required
