Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm - 35 hours per week

£21,500 plus bonus

An opportunity to join an expanding and progressive company in the heart of Chester City Centre as a Customer Service and Sales Support Administrator in a fast-paced and varied environment.

Your role will involve supporting a busy sales team with administrative support, scheduling, customer service and other ad-hoc duties.

To apply for the Customer Service and Sales Support Administrator role, ideally you will have had experience within a fast-paced environment and the ability to learn new skills and systems quickly is essential. Previous experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs is also desired, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

· To call and maintain a small portfolio of clients & call each week and process their orders.

· To ensure clients have the best product range available.

· To drive engagement with the businesses online ordering platform and use it efficiently.

· Efficiently handle incoming calls and digital communications from customers, internal colleagues including members of the field team, the distribution company and other suppliers.

· Provide a friendly, professional and supportive front line contact service to customers

· Manage important tasks which form part of the supply service, some of which require time critical action.

· Flexibility to cover other department tasks or assist as required

Essential Skills:

· Good time keeping and organisational skills - with the ability to schedule and prioritise

· The ability to communicate effectively with 3rd parties, customers and colleagues

· Polite and confident telephone manner

· Good problem solving skills - thinking logically to resolve issues

· Microsoft Excel experience is desirable - maintaining existing spreadsheets and accurately recording information
