Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday
Salary: £17,000 per annum

About the role:
They have some great opportunities available for individuals with excellent customer care skills, to join their Customer Services teams in their modern Coventry contact centre. The Customer Services team are the first point of contact for existing customers, providing support to people who have already purchased insurance policies.
- Handling existing customer queries
- Handling customer complaints
- Responding to customers via email
- Make adjustments to existing policies
- Answering incoming calls
- Updating account notes
- Time management for call back and referral cases
- Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy with customers
- Good written and oral communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and time manage
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge of insurance is desirable
