My client is based in central Horsham , working from modern offices and within part of a highly motivated Customer Service team.
You will be confident with communication skills and have previous customer services skills and experience, even within retail or hospitality.
Hours are on a rotating shift pattern and shifts will be between:
0800am and 4.00pm
0900am and 5.00pm
1200 and 8.00pm
you must be available to attend an interview between March 5th and 12th and if successful to start for an induction on Tuesday April 17th.
For this role you will be committed to putting customers first, have confident communication skills and be able to deal with a diverse group of customers. You will be part of a supportive team but you must be able to work from your own initiative and not be afraid to make decisions.
It is also very important to provide empathy and support to customers when necessary and be calm under pressure and enjoy working in a busy , supportive environment.
