Customer Service Advisors - Contact Centre (Milton Keynes)

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £16,500.00 - Plus Bonus & Excellent Benefits Package

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent telephone based customer service to customers -

  • Ensure Data Protection protocols are followed when talking to customers
  • Follow company processes and procedures in line with requirements
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to customer enquires
  • Respond efficiently and effectively to customer enquiries
  • Good listening skills; being able to understand and manage customers concerns and needs
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Problem solving
  • Build good rapport with customers, via the telephone
  • Professional, proactive and positive approach
  • Achieve call, quality and performance targets at individual and team level

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of one years customer service experience, either telephony or face-to-face
  • Right to Work in UK
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office/Word
  • Ability to use in-house computer and telephony systems
  • Demonstrable experience of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of our business
  • It may be necessary to undergo a credit check
