Groomfield Recruitment is working on behalf of their hugely successful client based in Birmingham City Centre, they are seeking a Customer Service Advisors to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis. The company is friendly, nurturing and really value their staff.

The Role

We are looking for someone with excellent telephone communication and good organisational skills, used to working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Inbound and outbound telephones calls
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Liaising with internal and external customers’

Skills / Experience of a Customer Service Advisors -

  • Proficient in the use of IT equipment

  • Good telephone manner

  • Ideally customer service experience in an office based environment / retail environment

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Experience of dealing with high volumes of work

  • Able to work under own initiative and as part of a busy team

Salary - £15,000 per annum

Hours - 8.30am - 5.30pm
