Groomfield Recruitment is working on behalf of their hugely successful client based in Birmingham City Centre, they are seeking a Customer Service Advisors to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis. The company is friendly, nurturing and really value their staff.
We are looking for someone with excellent telephone communication and good organisational skills, used to working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Inbound and outbound telephones calls
- Updating Excel spreadsheets
- Liaising with internal and external customers’
Skills / Experience of a Customer Service Advisors -
Proficient in the use of IT equipment
Good telephone manner
Ideally customer service experience in an office based environment / retail environment
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience of dealing with high volumes of work
Able to work under own initiative and as part of a busy team
Salary - £15,000 per annum
Hours - 8.30am - 5.30pm
