As a Customer Service Advisor you will be tasked with providing a professional, high quality and customer focused
service ensuring all internal and external contacts are answered politely and promptly within the agreed service standards. Within this role you will liaise with customers via phone calls, emails, voice-mails, texts across a broad range of topics.
