Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with product information and assist with enquiries.
  • Handle incoming telephone enquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, including English and Maths.
