Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with technical support queries providing support and guidance to clients over the phone, email and webchat.

You will be handling a range of general enquiries troubleshooting problems and coming to a resolution for the customer efficiently ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds

An excellent telephone manner
