The Company you’ll work for:

Our client is an established and successful company based in Newcastle. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

The job you’ll do:

Handling inbound calls
Providing advice to callers
Data entry
Use of internal systems
Upselling products

About you:

Customer service experience
Customer focused
Detail oriented
Ability to communicate well with customers and internal staff at all levels
Ability to handle own workload and prioritise to achieve all required objectives within expected timelines
Strong communication skills
