Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a Bristol-based telephone fundraising agency for charities. This role is Monday to Friday and is located in Bristol City Centre. This is a temporary position with an hourly rate of £10.90.

The suitable candidate will have previous customer service experience and have strong communication skills.

Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Salary: £11.50 per hour
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm
  • Contract: Temporary
  • Location: Bristol City Centre
  • Full training will be provided with continuous support week to week
  • Option to provide support for your preferred sector or charities

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Conducting warm calls to both new and existing donors
  • Ensuring all legal declarations and compliance is followed as per the guidelines
  • Achieving the balance of campaign targets whilst ensuring the call is a positive experience for the supporter
  • Updating databases and logging correspondence accurately
  • Overcoming objectives to encourage cash commitment

Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner are essential
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Exceptional organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload will be required
