Responsibility of this Customer Service role:

• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Providing excellent customer service 
• Responding to emails
• Providing customers with quotes and information
• Maintenance of internal databases and systems

Requirements of this Customer Service role:

• Ability to pass an aptitude test
• Good customer service background
• Excellent telephone manner
• Passion to progress and develop
