We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals with customer service / telephone based experience to join our Financial Services client based in Stirling. The successful Customer Service Agents will be working within a fast-paced and energised call centre environment, You will be required to deal with Inbound calls or Outbound calls from clients and customers professionally and confidently. Full training is given.

Role duties:

  • Answering all incoming telephone calls whilst having attention to detail in order to handle each specific call
  • Handling high volume of inbound / outbound calls
  • Be responsible for offering a consistent and outstanding level of customer service
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for identifying the customer’s needs using appropriate questioning, listening skills to offer appropriate solutions
  • Being able to update customer information, transfer calls to the right department and make any changes towards the account that is necessary
  • Building key relationships with customers and clients
  • Working on a computer and using our in house systems to be able to provide the best customer service
  • Multi-tasking across multiple computer systems and ensuring that any changes made on a customer’s account are accurate

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer focused environment. Telephone/call centre experience preferable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Good listening and negotiation skills
  • High level of attention to detail
