We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work with a well established and growing business based in Redditch. The company offer fantastic benefits including the opportunity to work remotely. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
Duties as a Customer Service Advisor will include:
- Taking incoming calls and providing a high class service to all customers
- Handling after sales queries and questions
- Order processing and liasing with other departments
- Arrange repair or service calls with engineers
- Maintaining the CRM system
