Temporary Customer Service Advisor job based in Chester city centre.
Your new company
A highly recognised and established financial services company based in the heart of Chester who are continually growing and enhancing their client base are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join their customer service team on a temporary basis whilst they are experiencing significant growth.
Your new role
You will be joining a team of 4 motivated customer service advisors and will be the first point of call for customers assisting with any queries or complaints regarding their account. You will ensure accuracy whilst inputting and updating any data on the system whilst providing the highest quality of customer service. You will work closely with internal departments to find solutions and problem solve effectively. You will also get involved with general administration around the office.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an enthusiastic individual who seeks to provide the highest level of service when dealing with customers by either telephone or email. You will be resilient and confident in your abilities to resolve any issues that arise in a calm and effective manner. You will have a professional tone and be able to converse across all levels politely. You will ideally have recent customer service experience, either within a call centre or a commercial business where you have dealt with high volume inbound telephone calls.
