Customer Service Advisor

Elevation Business Support are working with a manufacturing company to recruit a Temporary Customer Service Advisor.

The role is a Temporary Role that may have the potential to go permanent, and will support the Customer Service Manager and their team to provide the right information to the customers and keep them updated at all times, whilst being an advocate for the customer.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

*Process all customer orders and quotes received using an internal sales order processing system
*Respond to all queries, customer orders and quote conformations within the company timelines
*Advise customers on stock, pricing, availability as required
*Place orders for any additional stock for any customer orders, which are not fulfilled by the stock ordering that is undertaken by the Warehouse Manager
*Liaise with the Transport Department on any delivery issues, stock, as and when required
*Assist the Regional Sales Managers with sample requests to ensure that stock is available to them
*Effectively answering any inbound phone calls

Key Skills Required:

* Preferred experience in a Customer Service position - preferably in a manufacturing or retail sector
*Proven ability to organise and produce work to tight deadlines
*Excellent Customer Service Skills
*Microsoft Office proficient
