Customer Service Advisor
Are you looking for a customer service focussed role?
We are currently looking to recruit 10 new Customer Service Advisors to come forward and represent the UK's largest call centre company.
You will be dealing with existing customers via inbound calls and passing information on to them about the products/services you currently have available. You will answer customer queries from a position of knowledge & attempt to maximise opportunities by also up-selling additional products.
To be a successful Customer Service Advisor you will need to be:
• Target driven
• Team player
• Possess excellent communication skills
We work fully flexible working hours (Monday-Sunday)
Salary - £8-£12 p/h OTE
