Working within a call centre environment, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls for whistleblowing and Hotline- so making reports and forwarding the details on to be investigated.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent communication skills - confident communicating over the telephone
- You'll need to be a great communicator as you'll be taking calls from people who can be in a distressed or upset state,so it's important that you show empathy, professionalism and first class customer service
- You'll write detailed reports and submit reports for further investigation
- Be enthusiastic, motivated and a natural people person.
This is a Full time, permanent opportunity
You must be flexible to work between the hours of 7am-11pm Monday to Friday and able to work every other weekend.
