We are recruiting a number of Customer Service Advisor positions in East Cardiff which will see you dealing with general inbound customer service enquiries in a polite and professional manner, working for a leading Financial Services outsourcer.
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: East Cardiff
Salary: £16,000 - £17,000 pa + annual performance related bonus
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week - shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday's 8am - 2pm (1 in 3)
Start Date: January/February

For your application for the Customer Service Advisor position to be successful, your CV must demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
- Previous customer service experience within a fast paced, high performance team (retail, hospitality or contact centre environment)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent record keeping with accuracy and attention to detail paramount
- Good computer skills
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook (word processing and email platforms)
- Positive attitude and approach
- Experience working within Financial Services, FCA regulations, Anti-Money Laundering rules, ISA rules, Data Protection and Treating Customers Fairly is highly desirable
