Due to the continued and exciting growth of one of our clients we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for their growing team. Based in the York Ring Road.

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for customer service that also have the ability to upsell additional company products and retain existing customers when coming to renew.

Salary £23k rising to 25k+ after probation plus monthly uncapped bonus OTE around £30k+. Working 8am-6pm across Monday - Friday but 4 days a week with your day off rotating. Meaning you get the weekend plus an extra day a week!

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide outstanding customer service to both customers and partners of the business through a variety of contact channels.
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers via inbound and outbound channels to help assist their needs.
  • Maximising revenue opportunities through upselling products.
  • Achieving KPI’s and customer SLAs.
  • Completing any necessary administration after calls.
  • Completing customer orders both over the phone and electronically.
  • Handling the customer service email inbox and responding to customers in a timely manner

Experience required:

  • Confident working with multiple contact types, such as telephone, social media, webchat and email.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Upselling experience desirable
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Drive to achieve KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
