Customer Service Adviser - German Speaking

FRS are currently assisting in the recruitment of the following role

Customer Service Advisor - Must be able to speak fluent German

Salary £19,000 - £21,000

Reporting to the Admin manager assisting the German Sales office with processing customer orders for invoicing, sending dated order acknowledgements and dealing with incoming emails from customers all over Europe

Skills & Experience
• Bilingual - Ability to speak German at a fluent level
• Previous Customer service / Admin experience
• Good Telephone Manner
• Good Communication Skills
• Attention to detail
• IT Skills i.e. Outlook; Word; Excel etc
• Team Player
• High Work Ethic

Personal Skills
• Self-motivated - enthusiasm and drive to succeed.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives

Role
• Answering the German telephone line
• Working with Sage 200 & CRM System
• Sending dated order acknowledgements to customers for their orders
• Following up and communicating information on call off orders
• Working closely with purchasing team
• Checking orders to see if stock has arrived and then processing through to accounts for
sign off for invoicing
• Sending & receiving emails on a daily basis
• Cover for other areas in the department for holiday/sick
• Speaking to customers on a daily basis
