Leading manufacturer are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work at a busy distribution warehouse in Bracknell on an ongoing temporary basis (long-term).

In this challenging role you will be working as part of a busy warehousing and distribution team, responsible for managing all administrative tasks in relation to customer service.

A structured and organised approach is required in dealing with customer enquiries via email and telephone and managing administrative tasks in relation to orders, enquiries and queries. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential as are good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a positive approach to problem solving
