Do you have previous experience within an office setting in customer service, office administration or sales support?
Are you a passionate customer service individual who wants to work with a luxury brand, delivering exceptional service levels to clients?

You will work within a fast-paced, successful team, liaising with customers and third parties; delivering good service whilst providing general administrative support and collaborating with internal teams and colleagues.

Enjoy demonstrating strong attention to detail working with reports, payment information and invoices; build strong relationships in order to support and encourage repeat business and handle issues; work to deadlines and SLAs and demonstrate a professional and calm nature when dealing with pressure.

Your role will work closely in line with internal technical teams, and you will get to use internal software and assign client orders.
