Customer Service Administrator

My client based in Rushden are looking for a Customer Service Administrator on a temp to perm basis.

My client is a distribution company with numerous depot locations. They were established in 1833 by a parent company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with clients, suppliers and internal department. Answer queries and
  • Site administration to include Purchase Ordering via SAP, Time & Attendance reporting, Month end reporting, data entry, staff uniforms etc.
  • Returns processing and reporting
  • Stock management to include goods in queries, stock reviews, data entry, product updates

Experience:

  • Previous customer service skills in a professional office environment
  • Experience in using MS Office

Other Information:

  • Monday to Friday Office Hours
  • Onsite parking
  • £15,000 - £17,000 pa
