Customer Service Administrator

6 months - 12 months experience - Customer Service experience.

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls
  • Making contact by telephone to customers to take orders and advise on the service
  • Dealing with issues and trying to resolve them with customers
  • Processing orders
  • Dealing with quotations from start to finish with customers, from quoting on the telephone to inputting through internal system and following up
  • Responding and corresponding to emails
  • Entering Data into their internal system

You must be:
Confident on the telephone, to be able to pick up the phone and effectively communicate well with all customers

Good computer / MS Office skills
