Customer Service Administrator

Our Rochester based client are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator. Immediate interview and start available.

In this busy role that is both Telephone and Admin based you will focus on ensuring outstanding customer service your duties will include:

  • Processing orders for allocated accounts, investigating and communicating shortages
  • Monitoring daily despatched/intakes
  • Reviewing stock levels and creating stock reports - Using Excel (MUST HAVE Strong Excel skills and able to perform VLookups / Formulas)
  • Processing and managing returns
  • General administrative tasks
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

You will have:

  • Experience of working within a customer orientated environment
  • Have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Be highly organised and able to work well under pressure
  • Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MSOffice packages - MUST HAVE Strong Excel - Formulas / VLookups
